Rice Bubble Slice
Rice bubble slice requires melting the ingredients and boiling them for a bit so you will need to supervise young children, but apart from that it is very easy and tasty.
4 oz butter
3 tablespoons sugar
2 heaped teaspoons honey
5 cups ricebubbles
Melt the butter, honey and sugar, boil for 4 minutes. Add rice bubbles and mix well. Press the mixture into a tin, and cut into squares before it goes too hard.
Try spooning the mixture into patty pans (paper baking cups) if you don't want squares. You could also try cornflakes instead of rice bubbles, for a different texture.
