Chocolate Fudge Balls

Kids will find the hardest part of making the chocolate fudge balls is crushing up the biscuits, so you may want to lend a hand here if the children are very young. You can either wrap the biscuits in a tea towel and use a rolling pin to crush them, or do it the fast way with a blender.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Sultanas
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Cocoa
  • 5 Wine biscuits, crushed
  • 2 oz(50g) Butter
  • 1/2 Cup icing sugar
Method
Melt the butter and mix all the ingredients together, saving a little of the coconut. Form the mixture into balls, and coat in coconut to taste. (put the coconut in a saucer and roll the balls in it to coat them).
